A new business! Both my sister and myself needed a change, and that change came in the form of a busy deli north of Surfers Paradise. We both hit the ground running with a constant stream of customers, staff to manage, suppliers to engage, new refurbishment plans and long working days . All whilst managing our clients and our own expectations of what our new ownership would bring to this busy, seven day a week business.
After a hard, tiring day, a wine was what we required, no more administration especially in the form of payroll.
