We contacted PaysOnline and were pleased to see that even back in 2005 they were supporting an Internet interface for the submission of payroll data and reporting. The opportunity to use their Paylink time clocks and their attendance solution that linked seamlessly with our payroll, made the decision easy for us to make the move.

We are a 24hr operation and run a number of the Paylink timeclocks that record staff starting and leaving times. The PaysOnline “shift” interpreter converts these times into normal hours and various overtime and penalty rates as required. This ensures that I spend very little time administering our payroll as opposed to dedicating a “whole day” to the process.

I have worked very closely with the PaysOnline development team to have changes effected to my requirements within the inbuilt award and shift interpreters. They have been responsive and attentive to my requests at all times which has meant my timesheet entries are efficient and trouble free.

Allowing our staff to access their payslips from their own secure web portal is another major time saver for us. Our employees also love the features available to them such as the ability to download their tax certificates, without delay, at the end of the financial year.
