Instructions to Reset Your Password

Follow these instructions to reset your password to the PaysOnline platform.
Please note: You can only reset your password if you have been through the Two Factor Authentication registration process.
Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
For security reasons you will need to provide your client code and email address. The email address must be the one used when you registered for Two Factor Authentication.
Click submit once you have filled in this information.
You will receive an email that looks like the following. Click the link.
Enter your new password and submit.
You have successfully reset your password. You can now login with your new details.
